Happy monday everyone! This past week has been really busy because I was working on a dance show!! It was so much fun & I am forever grateful for the opportunity to do what I love for school☺️ now that it’s done, I have to start focusing on midterms! today I made a single serving pancake in a skillet and topped it with plain yogurt, peanut butter, blueberries, hemp seeds, lemon slices, and lemon-blueberry granola! Bob’s new Pan-Baked Granola makes the perfect breakfast or afternoon snack, I could just eat it by the handful!
Two toasts, sweet & savory (of course)! SWEET: almond butter, raspberries, blueberries, banana slices, + hemp seeds SAVORY: diced avocado
TOASTIN’ TO LABOR DAY
I made a delicious & savory breakfast bowl with all the goods?? spinach base topped with two soft boiled eggs, smoked salmon, cherry tomatoes
different cheeses, crackers, concord grapes, baguette slices, salami, dried apricots, marcona almonds, olives & daou wine
breakfast: two brown rice cakes topped with almond butter, banana slices, hemp seeds, + cinnamon & served with a cup of coffee☕️
what’s on my plate: two slices of toast, one with avocado cubes & the other with vegan cream cheese!
TIP: If you run out of granola, put a rice cake with sunflower butter (or any nut butter) in your yogurt bowl & then crush it up into little crumbs! Mix it with yogurt & berries, and your life will be changed! It adds such a good texture & a puffy crunch!! I am honestly obsessed and kinda like it better than granola now

RECIPE: 1/3 cup of rolled oats, 1/2 cup of unsweetened almond milk, 1tbs flax chia blend, lots of cinnamon, and a dash of vanilla extract. I topped my oats with strawberries, blueberries, hemp seeds, almond butter, and coconut!
this breakfast was so fun & fancy, I loved it? After scraping out the cantaloupe seeds I added in cottage cheese and topped it with strawberry slices, almond butter, sliced almonds, hemp seeds,
